At CBrandz, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and work to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution when applicable.
